Product Quality & Craftsmanship
All NOOR by Ornista products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
As each piece is unique, minor variations in colour, design, or finish may occur and should not be considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during transit

An incorrect product was delivered
To be eligible, the product must be returned:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging

With all original tags intact
Inspection & Resolution

All returned products undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, the product will be replaced with the same item.

If the product is out of stock, a Store Credit will be issued.

Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
