Refund & Cancellation

All NOOR by Ornista products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
As each piece is unique, minor variations in colour, finish, or design may occur and should not be considered defects.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • An incorrect product was delivered

To be eligible, the product must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With the original barcode tag intact

Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection.

  • If approved, the same product will be replaced.

  • If the product is out of stock, a Store Credit will be issued, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Approval Process

All return and exchange requests are subject to evaluation by our Quality Control (QC) Team.
NOOR by Ornista reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on product condition.

Reverse Pick-Up

  • Reverse pick-up will be arranged after approval.

  • For returns or exchanges due to size-related issues (e.g., rings or bangles), an additional ₹250 shipping fee will be charged for pick-up and re-delivery.

Replacement Dispatch

Once the damaged or incorrect product is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.

Important Notes

  • NOOR by Ornista is not responsible for products:

    • Returned without prior notification

    • Damaged during return transit

    • Lost in shipment

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Packages refused by the recipient

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Size-related issues (please refer to the size guide before purchasing)

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Jewellery with no manufacturing defect

  • Minor colour or design variations

  • Orders with more than three failed delivery attempts

  • Products without the original barcode tag or with a damaged/missing barcode
